Hair wash is terrible. No even scratch or massage. Hair blow also terrible. Root not even dry off & straight styling the top.

Had a good experience overall. Han is professional and easy to communicate with. He listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions, and the result turned out nice and natural. Would recommend him if you’re looking for a hairstylist who understands your needs.

I’ve been with hairstylist Jess for the past three years, and she has never failed to impress me with her thoughtful service and friendly attitude. Her hairstyling skills are excellent, and the results always last beautifully. On top of that, the warm hospitality she provides makes every visit enjoyable. I also want to highlight her assistant, Mr. Yi Yan (红头), who is very gentle and attentive. The care he takes is truly commendable — it’s rare to find a team that combines skill with such sincerity. While the prices may be slightly on the higher side, I firmly believe you get what you pay for. They also offer a membership program that provides discounts and treatments, which adds great value for regular customers. Overall, I’m truly happy with my experience here — every visit feels like a treat(you're lucky you get an ice cream!)

UPDATE: Very disappointing experience from start to finish. On 29/03, I was informed that the process would take 3–5 days, which logically meant completion between 01/04 and 03/04. I trusted this information and organized myself accordingly. However, after waiting, I was told again to wait another 3–5 working days from today, which now pushes the timeline to around 08/04–10/04. This is completely inconsistent and unacceptable. It is not just about the delay — delays can happen. The real issue is the lack of responsibility and unreliable communication. Giving a timeframe and then extending it without explanation shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for the client. This situation has resulted in: Loss of time Unnecessary stress Poor client experience Complete lack of trust in the process Instead of taking ownership, the only answer I received was basically: “wait another 3–5 days.” This is not customer service. I will be sharing screenshots and my full experience with the French and Brazilian communities, as I believe people should be aware before choosing this service. Overall: waste of time, waste of money, and very poor communication. I strongly recommend improving transparency, accountability, and respect toward clients. ---------------------------------- I had a very disappointing experience at Le Classic. I waited for the main hairstylist (Kahn, or similar name) while he finished styling his own hair, but unfortunately he was not able to properly understand me or communicate in English. He then asked his assistant to handle my treatment. The assistant was neither kind nor gentle, and the overall interaction felt uncomfortable. After 1h30 with no satisfactory progress, I asked the front desk to call the manager, Jase. I was then reassigned to another hairstylist, Aaron, who was very nice and professional. Both Jase and Aaron were actually very understanding of my situation, which I appreciated. However, while Aaron was finishing my haircut, the front desk staff interrupted and rushed him because of another client. As a result, my haircut was not properly finished. In total, I spent 2h30 for a service I was not happy with. When I asked to speak with the manager again, I was told he was busy making videos. I later spoke with the manager by phone, explained everything, but unfortunately no real solution was offered. To make matters worse, I am tied to this salon because I was sold a membership at another branch. On a previous visit (about 5 months ago), my hair was even damaged by an assistant using a hot iron. I strongly advise not to buy a membership, as you may end up stuck without flexibility despite poor service. Today was a complete waste of my time. Very disappointing experience.

Great experience with haircut and hair treatment in Le Classic Publika. My stylist is Leng, she’s very attentive and friendly, highly recommended. Environment is nice too, as well as all the staffs!

I came for Keratin treatment & a hair cut. The stylist was full of knowledge. Didnt hard sell, stylist was also nice. After my appointment i realised i was not satisfied with my hair cut, they told me to come back 👍🏻 no issue. However, when i went back. I added on a hair wash. I was charged RM65, for a sink hair wash that lasted probably 10mins. And a normal blow dry, not a style blow dry OR even a properly straight/c-curl blow dry. Came out like i just washed my own hair at home and hurried blow dry my hair. Their wash & blow is not worth it
