I visited 72 Change Hair Salon and had my haircut done by Catherine, and I’m very satisfied with her service. I actually found the salon online and decided to give it a try for a simple haircut and wash. Catherine is passionate about her work and gives thoughtful, honest advice. She explained which styles may not suit me and suggested something more flattering and easier to maintain for my daily routine, not just a look that is nice only when stepping out of the salon. I really appreciate her professionalism, care, and the result. Highly recommended!

She is professional and experienced explain my hair condition clearly and nicely, especially let me know in this condition suitable for the treatment that I wanted to try. She recommended two options for me base on my hair condition and explain the difference to me. She clearly let me know that what is the most suitable option and suggest the way how to handle my hair. We came to Stella for rescue, because another shop chose a totally damaged my wife's hair, a very 'boom' aunty hairstyle that is not suitable for her. After we saw her video on XHS, saw how patient she was in explaining each step to her customers, we became confident. True enough, she explained everything & quoted price beforehand, we were free to choose the options that suit our budget. Throughout the 5-hour process, Stella was very patient and detailed.
