I had a wonderful experience here. I came in just for a haircut, but the stylist provided a thorough consultation and explained clearly why a certain haircut would suit me better. She was very patient, professional, and never judgmental. Her explanation helped me understand my hair condition, and because of her advice, I decided to add on a keratin treatment. Overall, I felt comfortable, well-informed, and satisfied with the results. Highly recommended! Love sangat! Will repeat again!

Have been to few other salons with higher service rates, but 92 hair salon delivered the best so far!!! Went for collagen hair treatment (RM99) and had a haircut (RM55) there. After a month, my hair is still silky smooth and love love love the haircut, exactly like what I requested using the inspo from tiktok and thanks to the hairdresser Wina siap ajar how to style it at home. Appreciate the good work, Wina & Nadia! Would definitely come again

I have been to 92 Hair Salon Setapak branch twice. The first time, I did the Cool Scalp Spa treatment, and the second time, I did a cut, wash & blow, plus hair colouring. I’m really satisfied with the service. The hairstylists were both great they listened carefully to my requests and made sure I got the result I wanted. I especially love my layered haircut, it turned out exactly how I imagined. This salon will definitely be my go to place for hair treatments. Keep up the excellent service!
