Changing my review after doing the promo + 5 additional sessions of facial here. Very disappointed in the service provided. Firstly, it is so hard fix an appointment - they are always ‘full’ and take super long to reply you but when you go to the outlet, there’s probably just one other person doing facial there. Secondly, after my 3th & 4th session, I messaged to tell them that the therapist used too high of a setting for the pico laser and damaged my skin barrier. Got a message saying a therapist will get back to me then nothing. This was in Jan 2026. Told them about it again at my 5th session last week, they said they will inform management and get back to me and still nothing. No accountability whatsoever. Therapist are clearly not trained very well and are not aesthetician doctors to know if your skin barrier is damaged or the pico laser setting is too high, so think twice before you pay someone not trained to do pico laser on your skin. And after 6 sessions of pico laser, I expected my pigmentation/visible scars and skin results to be lighter and better but its not where it could be. I saw more improvement doing just one session of pico laser at other skin clinics.

Great experience at Bareskin, they’re so gentle and the results are legit, can def see a big difference, did a laser hair removal for my upper lip. Hana, my therapist is the nicest person.

I had a really wonderful experience at Bareskin in Bangsar. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and very professional. A special thank you to my therapist, Ira, who is truly amazing. Not only was she highly skilled and attentive throughout the treatment, but she also went above and beyond by helping me manage my claustrophobia. She was incredibly patient, reassuring, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’m already noticing a difference in my skin—it feels more hydrated, smoother, and even looks less wrinkled after the treatment. Thanks to her care and professionalism, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a very positive one. I genuinely felt supported the entire time. I highly recommend Bareskin, and especially Ira, if you’re looking for both excellent treatment and someone who truly cares about your comfort and well-being.

Nice and cosy. Had the vortex + carbon laser treatment to ease skin cogestion and pore size. Gwen is skillful, super friendly and making sure I feel comfortable throughout my session.

I’ve had a really pleasant experience with Bare Skin Facial. Their packages are quite worth the price, especially considering the quality of service provided. The skin therapists are kind, attentive, and make you feel comfortable throughout the session. I also love the atmosphere—it’s relaxing and well-maintained, which adds to the overall experience. Most importantly, I’ve noticed visible improvement in my skin after coming here regularly. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for effective treatments in a calming environment.
