Bonnie did an amazing job on my facial from start to finish. She’s super personable and made the whole experience really relaxing. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. I’d definitely recommend seeing her!

I do the monthly memberships and it’s a great deal. I tried a new esthetician who was less experienced and unfortunately have scrapes on my face from the dermaplaning. I’ve gotten dermaplaning done a few times before and have had no problem. She also didn’t dermaplane certain areas so I have random patches of peach fuzz. I wasn’t provided with the monthly “perk” that is usually provided for members because the esthetician was new and wasn’t sure if there was one. She didn’t take the time to ask. I also didn’t start my appointment until 15 minutes late. Not the best experience. Looking to cancel my membership.

I had the best experience with Bonnie today - she was so knowledgeable and my skin feels and looks amazing! The studio is also so cute + welcoming - I had the best time and will be back next month :)

I recently visited FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Charlotte’s South End and had such a lovely experience. The concept is really unique—the treatment area is one open room divided by soft curtains, which creates a relaxed, communal spa vibe while still maintaining privacy. It actually made the space feel welcoming and calm rather than overly formal. One thing I really appreciate is the simplicity of their facial menu. It’s straightforward and easy to choose from without feeling overwhelmed by endless options. That said, I would love to see them expand their offerings a bit in the future because the experience itself is so great. Everyone there was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the visit even better. My esthetician, Lizzy, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. I have a shrimp allergy, and she went above and beyond to carefully check the ingredients in the products she used. She even spot-tested a mask on my skin before applying it fully, which made me feel very safe and cared for. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling fresh and glowing. Lizzy’s attention to detail and genuine care really made the experience stand out. I will definitely be back to see her again. If you’re looking for a simple, relaxing facial experience with kind and knowledgeable staff, this is a great spot in South End!

I had the Royal Treatment facial at Face Foundrie - South End with Tess and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, the space was clean, welcoming, and had such a calming vibe. Tess was amazing — knowledgeable, gentle, and really attentive to my skin’s needs. She explained everything she was doing and made the whole experience feel personalized and relaxing. My skin was glowing, smooth, and so hydrated afterward. If you’re in South End Charlotte and looking for a facial, I highly recommend booking with Tess. It was 100% worth it and I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first ever brow lamination and lash lift, Tess could not have been more amazing! She walked me through the entire process and helped me feel so relaxed and excited about the outcomes. I would recommend anyone go and see Tess, she did such an amazing job!
