I visited this nail salon on 30th March at 10:30pm and had a very disappointing experience. The nail artist confidently claimed she could do any design, but she was unable to complete even a simple peacock feather design and took over 30 minutes trying. Because of the delay, I had to skip the design entirely and also cancel my hair service. Within just 2 days, one nail extension completely fell off, and the rest started dropping off shortly after. There was no breakage — this clearly shows poor workmanship or low-quality glue. When I contacted the salon, they refused to provide a refund and kept insisting I return for a redo. However, after this experience, I no longer trust their service and do not feel comfortable going back. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional and rude attitude from the boss herself. In WhatsApp voice notes, she said she is “not as free as me” and claimed she has never had complaints before. This response was extremely disrespectful and dismissive of a genuine issue. After paying RM176, I expected proper service and accountability. Instead, I received poor workmanship and unacceptable customer service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this salon to anyone. She also mentioned she has no time to entertain customers who come to her with problems.

Have been going to this Nail Spa for the past three months and their service has been great and consistent. The owner takes feedback constructively and never fails to accommodate to my requests. The nail artist, both Rosa and Bella, are patient and keep checking with me on whether I am ok with the finishing. Their quality for their nail extensions are good as my previous set lasted me for a month. The new hairstylist was able to deliver the exact haircut and hair colour that I had shown. Will definitely go back again for their services.

Done My Nail Extensions, Eyelashes Extensions And Hair Coloring Here 2 Days Ago . Seriously I'm Too Love It Alott ! Price Was Really Worth it . They Did Exact Nail Extension And Those Design As My Preference Picture , Eyelashes Extensions Was Too Stunning !! 🥺❤️❤️Hair Coloring I'll Said Almost Took 5h+ For The Services And Really They Gave Me Worthfull Results At The End. Also Should Mention All Of The Staff Was So Friendly And Kind.! Hairstylist Really² Did His Absolute Work.They Services Are The Best I'll Said. This Is My Second Time Visit Over Here ✨ I'll Visit After This Also. Thank You Guyss For Your Bestest Services !! 😘😘

This was my first time going to shop and I really must say the service was amazing..I did Medicure(cat eye)really awesome and staff whom attend to me was very friendly and even she suggest wat colour to try all..really impressed by their service and must mentioned the price is very very affordable..Owner of the shop also very friendly and really give us the welcome feeling..definitely will visit again..recommend shop👍👍...

Visited Hi Darling Nail Spa & Salon and had a really great experience. I went for the head massage, men’s jelly spa, and ear candling, and all the services were top notch. The highlight was definitely the massage — it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good 🔥 super relaxing and professionally done. I felt completely refreshed after the session. The staff were welcoming, and the whole place had a nice, comfortable vibe. Everything was smooth and well-organised. We love everything and would highly recommend this place. Great spot for couples too if you want to unwind together 👍
