Had a really great experience at Kiehl’s Pavilion KL! The store was clean, welcoming, and well-stocked, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service by Natalia. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the products without being pushy at all. Natalia took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended items that genuinely suited my needs. Her friendly and professional attitude made the whole shopping experience very comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Big thanks to Natalia for the outstanding service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Extremely Disappointing Service I had a truly shocking encounter with a CHINESE FEMALE STAFF, long hair. Her attitude was incredibly rude and arrogant. After she made an error, she flatly refused to apologize. Instead, she actively attempted to deceive and mislead me, treating me as if I were foolish. This is more than poor service; it points to a serious issue with her integrity and professional character. Management must take immediate, strict disciplinary action. Employees with this level of dishonesty and poor conduct must not be kept on staff.

Visited Kiehl’s Pavilion today and was served by a female assistant manager. I brought in two empty bottles for recycling and requested a moisture sample. She gave me 3 sachets. Then I asked her if there were any current promotions. She mentioned there’s an instant RM30 rebate until the end of the month. I decided to test the product on the spot and ended up purchasing a bottle of moisturizer. I also asked her about the difference between buying from Shopee and buying in-store. She said that if I purchase in-store, I’d receive 10 extra sample sachets. I agreed and told her to give me products suitable for my skin. However, at checkout, she only gave me 7 sample sachets. She said it’s because she had already given me 3 earlier. I requested 2 more samples, especially because she only gave me one from a specific range, but she said no. My immediate thought: this staff is really calculative with customers. To be honest, it felt quite disappointing. As a customer who just made a purchase, I expected a more generous and understanding attitude. Being so calculative over a couple of sample sachets doesn’t reflect well on the brand’s service standards.
