Truly great experience with this hair salon, FIRST TIME here and I’m loving it already! Great service, they even made me tea and served me water constantly throughout the whole treatment and colouring process, hair stylist TERRY gave me a great analysis for the most suitable hair colour while recommending me the most suitable treatments for my damage scalp, no hard-selling at all even when I rejected some of the promo package! Furthermore, he ensured that my scalp wasn’t hurting, covered every inch of my hair and managed to rush the entire process for me in 1.5hrs!!!! He deserves a promotion for his skill and top-notch service! Overall, great ambience, soothing and aesthetic salon! Thank you for saving my scalp, will definitely be back again!!!!! Kath dyed, cut, and blow-dried my hair beautifully—I got the bounciest curls ever. She and YY also gave great advice for my frizzy hair. My hair has never felt this smooth! ✨

It was my 2nd time visit after several years. Joanne and her other senior colleague were very knowledgeable and gave good advice about my hair maintenance. I went for hair colouring to cover my white hair and the 3-step Aveda treatment made my hair so smooth! The Aveda colouring is organic and is made from plants with no ammonia which is gentle to my sensitive scalp. Only some small feedback for Joanne to take note is that when hair clip and towel drop on the floor, please do not use them for customer after that. Please kindly put them away immediately for cleaning. Other than this, she is a friendly hair stylist and I will come back again.
