I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. When asked if I wanted a normal or premium shampoo, I found it quite unethical for a salon to upsell shampoo quality - a basic hair service should already include decent-quality products. Additionally, I was quoted RM78 for a wash and blow, but during payment, the staff insisted on charging RM88 instead. I didn’t argue at the time as I wanted to stay patient, but this kind of price inconsistency and upselling practice reflects poorly on the salon’s integrity. I truly hope there will be better management oversight to ensure transparent pricing and honest service moving forward. I wouldn’t recommend others to support such practices that take advantage of customers.

Worst nail saloon I neve ever been! Hiring a bunch of inexperienced foreign workers without training them properly then just operate manicure/pedicure service like that?They didn't even know what they're doing. Just a simple cat eyes design, I had to take the magnetic stick n done by own? That's ridiculous! Then I paid for the full bill - Rm260! You know what? I even paid another Rm70 to remove those cateyes design finger nails at another nail saloon right after the session! Super duper lousy, awful nail saloon.

From the start to finish Luis provided excellent service. He was honest with his recommendation and his haircut skills are truly impressive. Good job Luis!!
