I recently visited your salon for a haircut. I clearly mentioned that I only wanted to trim the split ends and add some layers while keeping my hair long. I even reminded the stylist again during the process because I noticed the cutting method was different from what I’m used to. At first, when my hair was blow-dried and curled, it looked fine. But after washing it a few days later, I finally saw the real result, my hair was cut much shorter, and the layers looked uneven. What’s worse, my original hairstyle was a cool wolf cut, but it was turned into a V-shaped style instead, which looks really unflattering and completely different from what I wanted. I usually go to another salon where I’m always satisfied with the results, but since your salon is close to my home, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an experience I truly regret. I understand that your salon focuses on hair coloring and treatments, and that’s perfectly fine, but I hope the stylists can listen more carefully to the client’s requests. I’m genuinely upset and disappointed with how my hair turned out this time.

Tian is the best hairdresser (and I have tried so many). He listens to customers. He has high integrity (which is rare) and always gives the most honest service. He has amazing customer relations. I don't usually praise but he is truly one of a kind. Always find Tian to get the best.
