Extremely disappointed with the service. My mother and I registered, yet a customer behind us was consulted first, which already felt unfair. It got worse when I was handed an iPad and told to complete the consultation myself while sitting in the waiting area, while other customers were properly brought into consultation rooms and attended to by staff. I was even expected to take photos of my mother’s face and skin concerns on my own. When I asked for guidance, the staff simply opened the camera and told me to do it myself. This is not my responsibility ??? it is the staff’s job to consult and assess the client. We were left waiting while others clearly received better treatment. When a staff member finally came over, the consultation was rushed and unprofessional, with them merely pointing at the iPad. Another staff later asked about my mother’s concerns but spoke mostly to me instead of addressing her directly, as if she were invisible. After such poor treatment, they still tried to upsell additional services. Offering tea does not make up for the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. This experience was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I wish we could have went to another branch instead.

The facial service is very good and relaxing. The short shoulder massage is relaxing. I especially love the scent of the product they use. Now the bad. 1)The treatment rooms do not have a sink in them. This means the beauticians bring in a basin of water and it's recycled with no "sufficient" water for proper rinsing. And the common water basin outside the treatment room, and at the reception area, are just for show, there is no running water for guests and customers. 2)The other beauticians outside (or in their rest area) chat and laugh loudly. Quite a nuisance. 3)Beaute Library requires you to share your rating immediately upon completing your treatment. This method does not give me time to write down my comments because they are holding the tablet while asking you to rate them there and then.

Worst customer service. I came in for my first trial and had a very unpleasant experience. The beautician pressured me into getting an under-eye bag treatment and even took images despite my clear refusal, which felt extremely disrespectful. The facial was rushed, lacked proper care, and the environment was unprofessional, with staff repeatedly coming in and chatting during the session. Worst of all, the treatment made my skin worse instead of better. Overall, a very disappointing and disturbing experience. Do not recommend.
