First time here at Beautyfull Medispa Puchong branch. Great experience here with a friendly skin consultant, Yu Xian. She explained to me on my skin condition and how to take care of my skin better. You’ll get a 50% off first trial and could choose from any of their facial treatment types. I got a basic acne facial treatment which consists of extraction and rubber mask at RM99.50 after 50% off and it’s around 1.5 hour for this treatment. They also prepared a simple dessert and tea post treatment. Overall a pleasant facial experience here.

I bought a package via IG for 2pax at RM 138.00 for my daughter, msg from the salon below however, when my daughter reached there, they ask her to add RM 250.00 to get another 3 treatment then end up she has to pay total of RM 388.00 for today facial. I feel like being conned since my daughter is still a student and doesnt familiar about the treatment and they have not call to confirm with me. Initially we think this is promo and cheap can try but end up so expensive which is not in our budget. I try call both the salon number and HP but not one answer the calls. Being fair to the consumer, I request an refund of the RM 250.00 as the original package was paid RM 138.00. 17/9- 12pm 138 all in one facial 2 pax Booking done ✅ - another pax appointment date TBC
