I really love the service here! It’s a very Muslimah-friendly space for Muslims like me. Previously, Kelly cut my hair, and I came back today for keratin treatment and trimming. Only Kelly truly understands exactly what hairstyle I want just by showing her my Pinterest inspo as a reference. She’s very honest in giving advice if something isn’t suitable and suggests what suits you better. for example, the ideal hair length for a wanita bertudung. My keratin treatment took about 3 hours, and the whole process was very pleasant. Kim was very kind and explained each step clearly before proceeding. I really enjoyed having her do my treatment. I also purchased the PJOLI shampoo from Japan, as recommended, to help my keratin last longer. Kim explained the benefits of the shampoo and hair mask in detail, including how to use them properly so the treatment can absorb well into my hair. A+ for the explanation! Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I’m very happy with the outcome after spending more than 3 hours at the salon. Since I needed to break my fast, they even provided biscuits and water, which I truly appreciated. I also received a free gift from the PJOLI brand. My manicurist, KH, did an exceptionally neat, delicate, and detailed job — probably the most precise manicure I’ve ever had. Yes, it did take a little longer compared to other places I’ve been to, but it was absolutely worth it. The result is super smooth, flawless, and perfectly even — no bumps, no uneven surface, and no “wavy” look that you sometimes notice when gel isn’t applied properly. KH’s work is truly clean, refined, and beautiful. I’ve completely fallen in love with the result and I’m more than happy to come back again even though it’s quite far from my house. That’s how good the quality is. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate detail and perfection ✨💅
