I came to ask about the price for a foot treatment, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff told me it would cost RM88 to remove the cracks on my feet, and I agreed. Later, she said they might not be able to remove everything today. I don’t understand what that means — does it mean I have to come back and pay again? It felt unclear and a bit misleading, like they just want customers to spend more money. This kind of explanation should be given clearly before starting the treatment. Not recommended.

Worst manicure experience I’ve ever get, did both classic pedicure and manicure by different technician, pedicure was good but got a shocked by the manicure technician, cut till my skin bled and never even inform me or apologise, never even clean up my nails after that, shocked when told me procedure complete and left my nails like that, have to informed the in charge only proceeded to amend this issue, end up charging me extra 15 for buff and shine although discounted 50 for the manicure Overall caused injury to customer but still got charged for the extra buffing after, find the whole process ridiculous, will never pay a visit anymore and strongly not recommended

Clean pre-work, comfy environment, very friendly for an introvert like me. Wide color choices too despite i just request for nude color tone! Recommended!
