Elements Hair Salon

It's my second visit to Elements Hair Salon. Well my first visit was to do hair wash and styling. It was done so great by hairstylist Jia Jia and assisted by her friend. So I went again for my styling (Temp Hair straightening). Today my hair was handled by 2 Hairstylists Anna and Jia Jia. Thank you for your warm welcome and handled my long hair with so much patience.

Had a wash and blow dry with Jac and got it exactly how I wanted. I’m really happy with the result and will definitely visit again soon. Highly recommended! The online appointment process was smooth, with pricing clearly stated, a definite win.

I want to share the extremely disappointing and frankly ridiculous experience my family had at this salon — because people deserve to know what kind of “service” they’re walking into. My family member (a young girl) went in for what should have been a simple haircut. She clearly told the stylist she wanted her hair cut short but still able to tie up. Somehow, the stylist managed to ignore the instruction completely and cut it so short that even he himself couldn’t tie it. I’m not sure if this is a listening problem or a skill problem — maybe both. And let’s talk about how rough he was. While combing, he kept scraping her ear repeatedly, as if he had zero awareness of what he was doing. No care, no gentleness, no professionalism at all. It was honestly painful to watch how careless he was. The shampooing? Don’t even get me started. It was basically a few random swipes of the hand — the kind of “wash” you’d expect from someone who just wants to get it over with. Definitely not clean, definitely not proper. But here’s the best part — the salon proudly posted this stylist on social media calling him a “senior stylist” and even promoting a 20% discount on his services. Senior? Really? If this is what the salon considers a senior stylist, then I’m seriously wondering… Does this salon not have any standards or filters at all? Just grab any junior stylist, slap a “senior” label on them, and charge senior prices for junior-level, careless work? This whole experience was unprofessional, disappointing, and honestly quite insulting. People deserve better. If this is the salon’s definition of quality, I strongly suggest everyone think twice before going.
