My mom got the relaxing facial and I tried the body scrub & body massage. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, warm, welcoming and polite. The place is cozy, clean, calm and has good hygiene standards. My masseuse Ayu attend to me for both the body scrub and body massage, it was very relaxing, pressure was just nice. My mom got the relaxing facial by Betsy, she said it was effective and rejuvenating. The team was also very thoughtful and put some birthday decorations in the room, bought me bread and a cake to celebrate. They went the extra mile and made it feel very special✨ Thank you ladies!

This was my real experience at Engel Spa, and it was super nice! They have amazing masseurs. Kak Ju is really skilled and did such a great job helping my body relax. Just FYI, I had a very stressful week and my period was delayed for a week, but after my session here, it came the next day. Overall, it was a very relaxing and satisfying experience.
