I just tried the Flawless Facial this morning, and it was such a refreshing and relaxing experience. The session focused on face cleansing, and I loved every part of it. The beautician was incredibly gentle, helpful, and friendly—she made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. One of the highlights was the LED mask session—it was so calm and peaceful that I actually fell asleep! That’s how soothing the entire environment was. I highly recommend this facial to anyone looking to treat themselves to some self-care. I’m definitely planning to come back and try their other packages too!

I'm scared to go here again.... although I had been there few times, previously the staff were okay, but last time I went there they keep pushing me to purchase their packages, although I've clearly mentioned that I just want to take the packages that I needed, they really hard sell n pushing...so that's it...I've change to go to others medispa, please do not keep pushing customer's, if you want to maintain, but the services overall okay n not bad at all

Then bila dtg, staff keep pushed and paksa utk ambil package eventho i ckp i housewife je and dtg just for that 1 time facial je. Then that staff lied to me. Dia cakap if I ambil this 1 package (RM500 if x silap) dia akan kasi 1 more free session for other treatment, which of course I termakan la.. Then after I byr kat kaunter (different staff yg jaga kaunter), she told me that yg free extra treatment kononnya I dapat tu actually mmg da include dlm package I ambil. I rasa sgt2 terkejut and betrayed by earlier staff yg provide consultation tu. I WISHED I TAKE NOTE ON HER NAME!!! liar!! Da la pushy and paksa2 sampai tipu I. 500 is alot for a housewife tau. You senang2 tipu I. I went here to complete all the treatment sessions since da byr but from first visit to last, my appointment is pushed 30min later. You ingat i xde urusan lain ke senang2 suruh tunggu at least 30min eventho i always reached there 10mins before my appointments. Ingat kita ni xde urusan lain ke selain nk buat facial je?? I didnt feel any improvement on my skin after all the sessions. Mostly each session tu dia sapu2 sikit krim sekejap then they'll leave you for like 20-30min camtu and run to other customer pulak. X cukup staff tp ambil too many customers at one time. Even before start treatment pun staff boleh tanya ni utk treatment ape ye? Ehhh you're the beautician you should know your customer la before session. Extraction dia buat sakit sgt2 smpai I rasa nak pitam due to too much pain. Tempat lain buat xde la sakit extremely mcm tu.. rm500+ for those sesison and sevice? No thanks. My advice is buy good quality skincare then apply kt rumah je. Or go to certified dermatologist doctor.
