As soon as we walked in, my husband immediately complimented the color. He said it was beautifully done and he was very satisfied. He was also pleasantly surprised by the haircut. Great job by the stylist — highly recommended!

This was my first time visiting this salon. I chose it because of the good reviews, but unfortunately my experience felt tense. When I showed a photo and asked politely whether it was a pixie cut (just to understand and communicate better), the hairstylist responded in an annoyed tone and said, “Just show the photo, I’m the hairstylist, don’t teach me how to do.” As a customer, I wasn’t trying to teach—I was just asking so we’re on the same page. Communication is part of good service. A simple, polite answer would have been enough. Skill is important, but attitude and customer comfort matter too. I do love the haircut, but I was disappointed with the response and service tone.

Hi sorry to say, I got a perm today but the experience is disappointing. The services is really good but the overall perm is very bad. The first picture is what I asked for but I didn’t get what I want at all My hair got deep washed 2 times and combed straight right after perm 😂😅 and they even used an air dryer with hot air to make it straighter. I was thinking what is the point of perming if you want to make it straight afterwards. Total cost is rm268 which is cheap but honestly i wouldn’t even pay rm20 for it The 2nd picture is before my hair got combed The 3rd picture is after my hair got combed 😂 I hope the salon all the best cuz their services is nice but the staff needs to be trained right
