HANNAN MEDISPA CHERAS BARU

I had a very disappointing and worst experience. Firstly, I came because of a promo shared via WhatsApp, but the overall service was uncomfortable and unacceptable for a place that brands itself as “Muslimah”. Here are the reason why: 1. Non-muslimah / male customer presence: There was a male customer present in the spa area while I was undergoing treatment. I was very shocked because previously at the Permaisuri branch, the environment was very private and strictly Muslimah-only. This branch does not reflect that standard at all. 2. Open space & lack of privacy: Hair treatment area is upstairs in an open space with tall mirrors and no tinted glass. I was told it was okay because customers will be sitting, but since I am tall, I could clearly see outside and people could potentially see in as well. Only temporary barriers were used, which still allow visibility. This is not acceptable for a Muslimah spa, especially with male customers around. 3. Hard selling (very uncomfortable): The person in charge (staff) kept hard selling expensive packages and insisted that I was not suitable for the promo treatment they advertised. I was pressured to take expensive packages using Atome, SPayLater etc. and even supplements priced around RM300. I came to try the promo, not to be pressured. If customers are not allowed to choose what they want, then this should be clearly stated. 4. No proper consultation privacy: During consultation, other staff kept coming in, interrupting, and giving different explanations. There was no sense of privacy or professionalism. Honestly speaking, I was previously a user of Dr.Hannan products. Although I used them only for a short period, they were very good and effective. However, due to several constraints, I stopped using the products and my hair problems returned to how they were before. My purpose of visiting was to receive a basic treatment and to repurchase Dr.Hannan products. Unfortunately, the staff were very pushy and did not give me space to share my opinions. I understand that achieving sales targets and receiving good feedback may be part of their job, but staff should not pressure customers aggressively or in groups. Last but not least, I was previously a customer who purchased an 8-session treatment package for my hair problems. What I can conclude this time is that since I did not take any of the packages suggested by the staff, the service provided was done half-heartedly. My hair was washed very briefly and roughly. Only a small amount of cream was applied, and there was no proper massage or rubbing to thoroughly clean the oily areas of my scalp. I understand that my scalp may be slightly difficult to treat, but at the very least, the treatment should be done properly. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by the staff at Hannan Medispa. I hope my feedback will be used for improvement. Thank you. Perhaps after this, I will visit another outlet or never.

I am extremely satisfied with the hair and facial treatments I received here. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional, which made me feel comfortable right away. The therapist took the time to explain each step of the treatment and made sure everything was tailored to my needs. The hair treatment left my hair feeling much softer, healthier, and more manageable, while the facial treatment made my skin feel refreshed, clean, and glowing. The environment was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, which added to the overall experience. I truly enjoyed every part of the session and was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality hair and facial treatments, and I will surely come back again💞🔥
