Did a surprise session for my mom for her anniversary present and she enjoyed her facial and hair treatment session here. Everything was great, the services was excellent and professional. The place is gorgeous, clean and welcoming. Everything went well and we are planning to come again. Recommended. The cons is parking space, which I advise to park at the multi storey parking located 3 blocks away from this spa place.

Firstly, I'm still bleeding and there's not a single apology from the staff that did the manicure. It's a cut cos it's obviously bleeding, and you just proceed with buffing on top of the bleeding nail. It stained the buffer equipment too. Not even once you checked to see if I'm okay. Second, when a customer has made an appointment and confirms what services they need, you don't offer them different services. You deliver first, promo later. I understand your enthusiasm but you shouldn't change what the customer initially requested just because they're already there. It's a spa, we're not supposed to be stressed about promo stuff. Third, I got there early just incase also got delayed later than my appointment time. Please, protect your customer first.

The extraction were too lousy and they even done it really2 fast…. My skin is getting worse instead of getting better even if im just undergone the basic facial…. Really2 simple and tbh not worth ur money… would never go to Hannan again… im so sorry but i just really2 unsatisfied with the process and the result…. And also please dont make people wait for too long in between the treatments… furthermore, they even use the glove and wash my face too harshly and it hurts my face…. I went to the toilet to freshen up before the treatment and i saw the toilet bowl wasn’t flushed with some feces…. There were no customer except me during that time as it was already 5:45pm(which the spa were going to close soon)… This is my personal experience here and I’ve read several good comments regarding this place and some bad ones too…. My experience was simply terrible so it’s up to you guys to digest this information…. Would never come again 💔💔💔
