HANNAN MEDISPA TTDI

The salon is indeed beautiful in terms of decoration, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. As a Muslim woman, I specifically chose Hannan Medispa because it provides a separated area with walls to ensure our aurah is covered. However, during my visit, the staff did not close the door properly, which still exposed my aurah. Even worse, the staff took a photo of my hair and posted it on social media. I immediately requested for the picture to be taken down, but until today, it has still not been removed. This is a very serious issue, how can you post a Muslim customer’s aurah publicly? I came to your branch because I trusted that my aurah would be protected, but instead, it was exposed to the public. I also paid over RM700 for my hair, yet my hair became more damaged and the colour faded quickly, even though I followed your instructions not to wash it for 24 hours. This experience has caused me great disappointment and I will not recommend this branch until they improve their professionalism and respect for customers’ privacy.

I have been coming here for more than a year now. I can say that the products are great and I have seen significant improvements on my scalp (I have severe dandruff issues and some hair fall due to my PCOS) alongside a lifestyle change I've been making. So while I manage internally what I consume, I've been coming to Hannan to manage the external part. Throughout my time here, I've seen constant changes to the staff, either they were stationed elsewhere or resigned, and that makes me sad. I've had to reexplain my issues over and over again, and also take a gamble to see if the staff service and treatment suits me. For that I have to lower a star rating. Dear management, if you are reading this, please station your staff in one location rather than changing them so often. Just these two months, I've seen 3 batch changes. Thank you

I always go to Hannan outlets around KL, but today was my very first time checking out the TTDI outlet. Honestly, I would say its the best outlet and service I have experienced so far! 😎 It offers super convenient parking, classy ambience and great hospitality. Received treatment from Ain and Ina, they were amazing. Very warm, friendly and welcoming. They know what they are doing, they know when to speak and when to let customers just have their private time. It made me feel super comfy and feels right at home. The ambience inside is pure luxury. Its a co shared area with another salon, but they have allocated a private section just for us Muslimah customers, so you get that boutique exclusivity and privacy. Definitely gonna repeat the service here! 😊
