I’ve been coming to IMP Hair Styling for haircuts and styling for almost 1.5 years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. Their hair wash service is very relaxing — it includes a soothing massage, and you can choose between scalp shampoo or regular shampoo based on your preference. My hairstylist, Bobby, is especially skilled and attentive. He always takes the time to understand the look I want, and he’s very easy to talk to. He often gives helpful suggestions based on my face shape, hair texture, and lifestyle, which makes the final result look even better. Whether I’m going for a simple trim or a full styling session, he ensures it suits me perfectly. Walk in 5.30pm ask for a hair cut but being told only time slot available is 7pm so I booked a haircut appointment for 7pm but only got my hair cut at 8pm. During the one-hour wait, no one explained the delay or even acknowledged it. Appointments should mean something. If you can’t honor appointment times, don’t offer them. This is extremely disrespectful to customers’ time and very unprofessional. I won’t be coming back. This lack of communication and respect for customers’ time was very disappointing.

I’ve been coming here for years and always very satisfied. Since I have thin hair, they always able to cut it with great layers that make it look fuller. Even after colouring, my hair stays healthy and undamaged. Charmaine is very attentive and explains how to style my hair at home in a simple way. The curls also last for several months. Although the prices aren’t the cheapest, the quality of service truly speaks for itself.
