Had an exceptional service here at iTTRO Salon Puchong Jaya! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. The receptionist greeted me warmly and offered me a drink while I waited for my stylist. My stylist Carmen and Alvin, took the time to listen to what I wanted and made thoughtful suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle. They were knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process and the products they were using. The actual service was amazing. The haircut was precise and perfectly framed my face, and the color was exactly what I envisioned, and meet my expectations. Carmen also gave me some great tips for maintaining my hair at home and recommended products that wouldn’t weigh it down. Truly an amazing experience here and I would love to visit again!
