Walk in to ask for a nail removal request as my nails are getting too long and causing lots of inconvenience. Was thinking to do a basic gel mani too but time doesn't allow coz I'm rushing off to a dinner appointment. So in the end just manage to remove my nails colour, cut it shorter, and put on a thicker gel for 2 nails ONLY to avoid the weak nails breaking apart. Guess what, the boy (the one who help remove my nails) charged me RM 88 FOR THIS SERVICE, not even put on thicker gel for all nails, not even any manicure, just removal and 2 nails on thicker transparent gel cost me RM 88!!! And I remember he told me that do a basic gel mani is RM 90,so I don't know how on earth he charge me RM 88 but I was rushing off, and the shop only left him alone, I paid and ciaoz. But definitely won't revisit and never recommend anyone as well. SCAM SHOP. Simply buka harga and charge sesuka hati After the service! Please explain how you charge RM 88 for this service???? look at my nails photos as per attached, Pls la🙄🙄 After 4 days it the gel came off wth?

Walk in for regular nail maintenance and was absolutely delighted. Zhek is highly professional, pays attention to detail ,very friendly and the whole process was painless. Very rare to see a male nail artist who is putting in passion and heart in the craft. Definitely will be back regularly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited for about an hour for my friend, and during that time there were no other customers. When I asked if I could do a pedicure and foot spa, I was told it was “too late” and they refused to take me as a client. There was no clear explanation, and given that the place was empty and I had already been waiting, the refusal felt unfair and unprofessional. The way it was handled made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management looks into how customers are treated, especially when there is no valid reason to refuse service.
