It was my first time visiting Jess Hair Studio after searching around for a last-minute CNY haircut. Jess kindly managed to squeeze me in, and while flipping through some magazines, I decided to go for a perm instead. Jess recommended a style that really suited my look, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was my first time getting a perm, so I was quite nervous, but everything turned out beautifully. Just ventured into this salon, 1 month ago, for a haircut and Jess was friendly, warm and professional. My last haircut with ANOTHER salon was so horrifying since they used razor to even out the hair. Jess managed to salvage the damage and now hair is looking better again. Brought my 8 year old daughter this time around, and Jess went out of her way to make sure she was comfortable. Jess checked with her whether she likes the movie Zootopia and when she said yes, she put that on the tv. Great trick to get your child to stay put and focused for the session! It was a breeze indeed, we were done in no time. Daughter left salon smiling saying this is her fav stylist. Thanks Jess! Hope your business will prosper and more people will support you.
