to start off, i had my worst nail removal experience in jb here. they literally made my nail bed have a hole? Like please 😭😭😭 it hurts so so much until the middle of my nails is breaking. like it cannot be seen in the picture but this is so unprofessional! :( i know rm 20 for removal is very less (not including of filing and cutting just removal using the machine) but please be more aware. it hurts so bad and the nail person said its fine LOL it was also my fault for not being persuasive on the spot to ask for a solution and commeting here now. cause she was rushing as theres a customer behind me. if you are rushing just dont take in more clients in the future, this is so bad it still hurts so much now…
