I really love this place, it's been my fifth time here. The services are really good. They follow what you want and they are really nice. For the Muslim ladies if you want to do henna you can bring your own one. They will do it for you. They have all thr services here, from spa to facial and basically everything. You just have to book beforehand and come and get yours!!

I absolutely love my nail extensions! The shape and finish are perfect clean, elegant, and long-lasting. The attention to detail is amazing, and the nails still look fresh even after weeks. The service was super professional and comfortable throughout. Definitely my new favorite spot for nails.

Walked in randomly and will never visit again. Serve by a foreign worker name "Esther". The attitude was extremely arrogant, especially after she realized that I was not their “member”. I showed her a reference photo and clearly understood that the final result might not be exactly the same, but I expected some professional advice from her. Instead, she simply threw a palette of four colors for ombre at me and told me to choose myself. Throughout the process she told me that the ombre is consider tricolor price, even though I never once said that I was unwilling to pay. im ok with whatever price she want to charge. When I tried the first color and said it was very far from the photo, I politely asked which color would be closer to the reference picture. Her answer repeatedly was just “You choose, i dont know... ” There was zero professional guidance. At the same time, she kept warning that once chosen, it cannot be changed. OS: i knew this..... Eventually I chose another color and just asked her to proceed because I no longer felt comfortable discussing anything with her. For the glitter, she chose it herself, but it looked like a very old-style glitter from 20 years ago, while the reference photo I showed clearly had rose gold glitter and cat eyes. When I simply asked whether the glitter was correct, she immediately responded rudely saying “You chose everything yourself. I already told you it cannot be changed.” To be clear, I never asked to change anything. I only asked if the glitter matched the photo. Another unpleasant incident happened when I remind about a normal color service for my 4-year-old daughter. And she was wearing her mask only on her mouth, I heard RM50 when I asked for the price. I rejected it because the first staff told me it would be RM29. So don't plan to ask her further why different price. But suddenly she raised her voice and said it was RM15, not RM50 i told u RM50, and loudly added “We don’t give free service here.” From the moment I entered until that point, I never once asked for free service. because all the while my daughter will do together with me. and paid. I ended up spending over RM2++ with a very old school design (the ombre is suppose in the middle but end up whole nail also ombre... so no point i do ombre can just normal apply color) , yet the entire experience felt like I was begging someone to do my nails. In the end, I still had to go to another salon to change the color. Very disappointing service and attitude. I will never return.
