First time doing inner thigh whitening laser 1 week ago and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The consultation was done in an open area and a free-hair staff spoke loudly about private body issues, while a man was sitting right in front and could hear everything. This is a very sensitive and personal treatment, yet there was no privacy at all. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. Management seriously needs to improve customer privacy and discretion. During the treatment, there was no privacy at all. The free-hair staff did not allow me to wear underwear, leaving me fully exposed, and touched my private area without informing or explaining beforehand, which made me feel extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. This was an inner thigh treatment, not Miss V whitening, so there was no reason to fully expose such a private area. Other staff usually provide disposable panties or allow clients to wear their own and are very careful about privacy, but this was not practiced by her at all. She did not provide any proper covering or privacy care throughout the procedure.S—@/&$:&:@

Since I have emailed a lengthy email last year and there’s no reply. I might as well post it here. Hi, (emailed on 25.8.25) I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received almost a year ago. I had not intended to follow up earlier, but after recently noticing an email from Laser & Light in my inbox, I felt compelled to reach out. I started with my first session on 8th November 2024. If I recall correctly, it was a laser treatment (I trust you have my records). Despite completing 5 to 7 sessions, I did not experience any substantial or visible improvement in the treated area. I was shown before-and-after photographs by your staff, but even then, I could not see a meaningful difference. Nevertheless, I was asked if I would like to continue with further sessions. At that point, I felt not only disappointed, but pressured into considering additional packages, despite the lack of results from the initial sessions. I find it unacceptable that after spending a considerable amount of money, I saw no noticeable outcome. When I raised my concerns, I was advised to purchase more sessions in order to “see better results.” With respect, this is highly unreasonable—especially when your advertisements on social media strongly implied that laser treatment would effectively address dark spots and pigmentation issues. My experience has proven otherwise. I fully understand that results may vary between individuals. If my condition was considered chronic or resistant, this should have been made clear to me before I invested in multiple sessions. Instead, I was left feeling misled by promises of improvement that never materialised. Can you further explain or give: 1) As to why my treatment did not produce results despite multiple sessions. 2) A fair resolution (although i am not interested to at all to do any form of service at your establishment) Many customers, may not have the financial capacity to keep purchasing additional packages. What alternative solutions or support can you provide for clients who also want results, but cannot endlessly commit to more treatments? I genuinely feel misled by the advertisements I saw on social media, which suggested that laser treatments could effectively remove dark spots or marks. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from that promise, and I am deeply unsatisfied with the service.

The service was excellent, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their warm attitude and attention to detail made the entire experience truly enjoyable
