Very bad experience – worst haircut and treatment ever I went to this hair salon on Saturday for a haircut and a Bio Straight relaxing treatment. On Sunday, I discovered that my hair was burned. I informed the salon, and the person in charge asked me to go back for a check. I said I could go on Monday after work, but he told me the salon is closed on Mondays and asked me to go to the Kepong branch instead. My office is in Semenyih. Even going to the Cheras branch after work would already be close to their closing time — can you imagine asking me to go all the way to Kepong? On top of that, I was flying overseas on Tuesday. I wanted to have a fresh haircut for my trip, but instead my hair turned out like this 😭 After seeing how they handled the situation, I decided not to go back for them to “check” my hair. I honestly don’t dare to let them touch my hair a second time. Aside from the damage, I also want to highlight the haircut itself. I went in with waist-length hair and clearly told the stylist to cut it slightly shorter to bra length. I walked out of the salon with shoulder-length hair. I really cannot understand how a hairstylist can misunderstand such a basic request about hair length. Another issue: the stylist was overly confident. He cut my hair first and then did the Bio Straight relaxing treatment. After the treatment, he did not check or refine the haircut at all. I have done many haircut + straightening treatments before, and every other stylist would always double-check and do some final touch-ups after straightening. This stylist did nothing. This is the worst haircut and hair treatment I have ever had in my life. Very disappointed and angry 😡

Came here for hair coloring. My sister came for relaxing treatment and her hair is absolutely damaged now due to the heat. This is not the first time she had relaxing treatment, but the outcome is totally different. Pre-treatment the hair was considerably ok but now it’s as dry as grass. We flagged it to the hair stylist asking if it’s normal and he said yes, and said that the hair had chemical treatment before that’s why. But she was told that the treatment for this is 90% treatment and 10% chemical only, how could the hair is damaged to this extent if it was mostly a treatment plan? In addition, the post on IG mentions clearly that even hair in bad condition could also be done with their professionalism, by controlling the chemical products and heat. Assuming my sister’s hair condition is not as ok as we see it is, with the professionalism advertised, we would still expect a positive outcome. And if the hair is not healthy for a relaxing treatment, a reasonable stylist would have suggested not to proceed with the treatment but not letting it to be this way. Not recommended!
