I had a great time here! I came here for hair colouring & was recommended to do hair treatment because the bleach used on me previously by another salon was too harsh. The ladies here did not hard sell me at all! They truly care for your hair and only recommend what they think is best for you. I really appreciated how gentle they were with my hair and how they styled it for me afterwards. In total I spent 3 hours here for my hair, but every minute was well spent. I'm so satisfied with my hair. Will definitely be back again!

On 25 August 2025, I finally tried out the newly opened Ms Gadis Salon, which I had first come across on TikTok. The salon has only been around for about three months but it already seems to be gaining popularity. I had a 12 pm appointment and things started slightly later at around 12.15 to 12.20 pm. By then, there were already about 8 of us in the salon. Despite the crowd, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and organized the service was. Both my daughter and I opted for hair colouring and hair treatment and by 2.30 pm, everything was completed. Considering the number of people being attended to at the same time, their speed and professionalism stood out. One highlight of the treatment experience was something I had never encountered in any salon before. When it was time to wash our hair and lie down, the staff switched on a massage chair for the body but only for those who opted for hair treatment. It added such a relaxing touch to the whole session. Apart from hair services, the salon also offers manicure and pedicure, which can even be done simultaneously while having your hair worked on a smart way to save time. The hairstylists, especially Meeta and Hannah (not sure if i spell their name correctly), impressed me with how quickly they applied the colour without compromising on quality. Initially, I thought fast application might mean a rushed outcome but the results proved otherwise, our hair was beautifully and evenly coloured. Special thanks also to Citra, who assisted with washing and drying my hair; her friendliness added to the overall pleasant experience. For those who don’t know, Ms Gadis Salon is under the same brand as 21 Hair Salon, which explains their high standard of service. Overall, it was an excellent first visit and I will definitely return again for future treatments.
