Saw their ad in TikTok about the rm55 facial treatment. Straight away booked appointment and was asked to pay for deposit. But when we arrived there, after the 'mandatory' face scan, we were told that it's not advisable for us to do the rm55 facial. We were asked to take other treatment and were told that facial is only for those who have obtained "good healthy skin". I insisted to proceed with the rm55 promi but to no avail. And staff at the jb branch said, deposit cant be returned. Straight away, messaged the admin, demanded my refund but to this date, spa hasn't reach out. Totally misleading ad in socmed and they shoud not beforehand that rm55 "IS NOT APPLICABLE TO ANYONE" OR "ONLY APPLICABLE ONCE WE SCAN YOUR SKIN CONDITION".

today i had appointment with this naarabelle facespaa.. i feel veryy refreshed after facial.. Ena was the staff that serve me that time.. Her service was veryy solid and thorough !!😍 I was very satisfied when she massaged and cleaned my face properly and thoroughly.. she tell every single thing that she did to my face with explaination.. She was very careful and always concerned about her customer’s comfort.. She also make my day feel calm when doing facial with her..
