This star for mercy only.l, she so gentle n deliver job good. I do my manicure twice with 2 chinese girl, both of them keep my finger hurt and bleed. So rough. Please improve and get training for local therapist

The place itself is nice and nice staffs but the price is so high and the quality is medium range. The nail designs are creative. They can’t speak English well so I had some difficulties and miscommunication!!! I got the appointment for acrylic nail refill but she was due doing with gel!!! Also the prices are some how tricky. Even they charge me for cutting and shaping of the nails that should be included in acrylic refill!!! Really didn’t like it.

This was my first time going to this salon, and I experienced extremely bad service and unacceptable behavior from the staff. The lady who was doing my nails was very rude. When I asked her to use clean, non-rusted, and hygienic tools, she started shouting at me, saying, “How do you know it’s not clean?” and “Who are you to complain?” They charged me even though the nail job was not finished. Because of this unacceptable behavior and service, I am considering making a police report.
