The skin consultant took time to analyze my skin condition carefully and explained the treatment plan clearly without rushing. I appreciated that the explanation was detailed and tailored to my skin concerns, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. The treatment itself was gentle, relaxing, and professionally handled.
