I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my hairstylist, Miss Dora. Although I’ve been to this place before, it was my first time having my hair done by her, and it was a great experience. She was attentive, patient, and took the time to understand what I wanted. I’m very pleased with the result and truly appreciate her dedication and skill. Thank you, Miss Dora, for making my experience such a pleasant one.

I have visited this salon twice, had the chance to be served by Mr. Ryan Tan on 13/09/2025 and on 19/10/2025 served by Ms. Dora Low. As a quality consultant, l find both are very skilled, attentive, and provide excellent customer-centric services. I also felt well taken care of on both visits, and the hair cut results were great. I will continue to visit this salon again. Except, the only downside is that some of the salon seats are already quite worn out and even torn in places, likely due to heavy daily use by many customers. It might be time to replace them to match the high quality service standards, just like other well-maintained salons that give good overall impression outlooks. Overall, highly recommended for the service quality!

Hair dresser was very patient and professional during the perm process. Went down again for after service care as I was unclear on how to take care of the perm.
