PAUSE Head Spa

The atmosphere is cozy and the staff were all very attentive. You are immediately greeted as you enter the spa by friendly faces. The team gives a brief overview of the services offered and expectations, plus herbal beverages and snacks. We booked the cream bath services with facials and i can honestly say it is one of the best treatments I’ve received in terms of care and products. My entire body and hair felt light. This is truly a great pampering experience!

I’ve been here multiple times, and the service has always been exceptional. A special shoutout to Anji for her amazing massage skills! she’s truly refined her technique over time, and each session feels even more relaxing than the last. Today, I tried the cream bath headspa and fell asleep in no time! Previously, there was a slight noise issue when someone was having their hair blow-dried nearby, which could affect the relaxation experience during a hair wash. However, I shared this feedback with the owner, and they’ve thoughtfully provided earplugs for guests now. Overall, it’s a wonderful place. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The environment is clean and relaxing, and the staff are friendly, skilled, and attentive. The products used were great and left my hair feeling soft and fresh. Blow dry took about 30 minutes of the spa session and was nicely done overall. However, the head spa experience felt a little lacking — the head massage part wasn’t very long or focused, and the neck and shoulder massage was only a few quick strokes. If you’re expecting a thorough or deep massage, this might not be the place. I’d treat it more as a nice hair wash and styling session rather than a full head spa. For those who enjoy longer, more focused head massages, there are other hair spa places that might suit better.
