Pretty Nails Spa - Nail Salon Sutera Johor Bahru

I visited the salon for a gel manicure and was so impressed. The technician was clearly skilled, listened to exactly what I wanted, and offered helpful suggestions for colours and shapes. The station was clean and well-organised, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. My nails look flawless and lasted well beyond a week without chipping. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a reliable, quality service!

Not my first visit but this recent experience was extremely disappointing and very unprofessional. I went for mani and pedi, chose a nail art design from their CNY collection for my mani. The sample I picked was a lighter gradient teal. However, the first two nails done by mani nail artist Xiao Yang turned out much darker - greyish blue, almost a muted dusty grey-blue shade. The difference was very obvious which my pedi nail artist also acknowledged. I gave feedback multiple times and asked if it could be fixed but she insisted the color was correct based on the product code. She also claimed that the difference could be due to a new batch of nail polish being slightly different from the one used for the CNY sample? There was no real effort to address my concern. After repeated failed communication, I requested to remove the two nails and offered to pay out of goodwill. She went into a room and left me unattended for quite some time waiting for removal. Eventually, another nail artist stepped in to remove and redo my nails with a simple base color. I also shared my feedback with the front counter but unfortunately there didn’t seem to be much interest in addressing it. I believe there are good nail artists at this salon but unfortunately I was just unlucky this time. Overall, this experience was horrible and I hope management will take customer feedback more seriously in the future.
