Pristine Nail Spa

Saw that this saloon has good comment. This is my first time called to book to do manicure. Response was fast though. I reached there and the owner is not there & served by a foreigner worker. Can’t really speak English. Started the session & when she did cuticle using the equipment to my middle finger, skill not good make me felt pain & I told her about that; later doing for my pinky… she did a deep cut to my pinky & it bleed quite badly. She quickly took out a yellow bottle medicine which I can’t recall the name but when I checked it was expired on 04/2025. Such an unprofessional service provided. Not sure how well trained the foreigner was! So i called the owner to tell her what happen & I went off. Not risking my other nails on unprofessional like this. Pray hard the equipment is hygiene enough so that I won’t get any infection as I will travelling in three days time.

Absolutely love this place.The staff is super friendly and professional. I got a gel manicure, and it turned out flawless shiny, smooth, and long-lasting. They have a fantastic selection of colors and designs. Highly recommend for a pampering experience.
