Summarise of the whole story 🚩: Bad communication from the hairstylist, does not respect customers emotion or opinion, and terrible cutting. In conclusion: he was supposed to cut air bangs for me, but it turned into it heavy bangs. I had raised my concern about my hair during the cut, but he brushed it off. CRYING emoji is the new cut from this salon. smiling is before. Please google air bangs i’d searched it and none of it look close to this. Both bangs price was same 20RM this one reminds me of my grandma doing my hair, which is for free…… Background of how i know this salon: Before school starts i wanted a new fresh bang cut. My friend recommended me to this salon. She was there during before and after the haircut, during the cut she left to buy something. Communications: I wanted a swept bangs at first, but the hairstylist recommended me to do air bangs instead of swept bangs. (i was like, fine not big of a deal. I’ve done a lot of air bangs in other places, surely this cant be that bad? I mean it’s highly recommended by my good friend. I should have been skeptical. Now i think of it, maybe he didn’t know how to do swept bangs that’s why he recommended air bangs because its easier to cut.) Then i sat down on the chair, he was doing his hairstylist thing. 🚩 The red flag part: Until he was prepared to cut my hair, i was very skeptical, because FYI i did air bangs before, and he had decided to cut the long side part of the my previous air bangs instead of just trimming the short part. I was very anxious and skeptical, I RAISE MY CONCERN HIM “你这样剪刘海会不会太厚？” . He tried to brush it off, saying “这又哪里厚？刚刚好” i felt uncomfortable, i told him “I feel very anxious” i even ask him are you sure? He replied me saying “are you always uncomfortable when you cut your hair?” As a joke. But my body language was very uncomfortable, i could not really sit still, but than I’m afraid of causing trouble. So i just let him cut. After his done cutting my friend had came back. I told her it does not feel like an air bangs, she said “maybe because your hair is oily, thats why.” “I think it looks nice” I feel like she is just being polite. Than she called our common friend which we haven’t talked for 1month. So i ignored my bangs and paid so i can talk more to my other friend. Now im back home looking at my bangs now compared to before i cried so badly because my side parts have been cut very short, so i need to at least wait a year for it to grow again.

1st time getting a haircut here, the hairstylist is very nice and she asked the right question, she really know her styling and my hair looks amazing 🙆🏻‍♀️ definitely will repeat here again
