This has been my regular salon for quite some time now. The service is consistently tiptop and the staff are always friendly and professional. My stylist, Ms Neyta, was very helpful with the trim and made sure everything looked neat and suited me well. She was also very attentive during the hair dye session. Overall, I’m really happy with the result and the experience here..

Arrived at 1:15 pm and was called in around 1:30 pm. The salon was quite crowded, but my stylist was friendly and explained the hair colouring process clearly. Do note that halal hair dye, bleach, and keratin treatments cost about RM20 more than the listed prices, but the overall price is still very reasonable. They started working on my hair about 20 minutes after I sat down. Two staff members handled the bleaching, but it was done a bit roughly and some bleach ended up on my shirt, pants, and even my phone. During the dyeing process, the staff member was also a little rough and some dye got on my face and clothes. Someone later helped clean the stains and placed a small towel over my shirt. However the results came out great! I was impressed with the colour and the treatment. Staff were friendly throughout the process and the price was not so bad, so I would still come back if I need to dye my hair or get a hair treatment. Maybe next time, I won’t come back in my favourite clothes

The worst experience i had ever from this salon. Book the appointment on 16th sec 2025 for 7th feb 2026 11am. I book early to prevent any inconvenience for cny coming soon. Below my expectations different prices v wht im book, they did my hair so rough, the dryer kena my head oso no say sorry like nothing happen, they did my hair few steps oni not same like other shop i did seems they skip 1 step. The worst thing i keep waiting too long for them to do my hair fr next step. After wash my hair oso nobody attend me n i wait them around 40mins to dry my hair. My face oso showed disappointed nobody cares. when i go payment oso ady wait them around 7-10min no ones come attend me i saw them there oni chit chat n saw me like more care their story each other n somemore there so crowded seems the salon no follow the appointment n keep accepting the walk in customer until the front counter 2 lines queuing v chair n oso stand customer waiting. This is the frst time n last will not recommended! The worst salon compare v other salon i went bfr. The service oso cincai!
