I went on a Wednesday morning for their classic mani and pedicure gel. I requested for Ting Ting, and as expected based on other pal's reviews, she was patient, friendly and attentive when she did my pedicure. When it came to the manicure, I was attended by Siti. Unfortunately, I dislike her service. She kept selling me products and services throughout my manicure. And when I rejected, she said I know, im just explaining to you. Then she kept turning my hands, my fingers quite forcefully and kept pulling my left hand towards her. She gave off a very impatient and disrespectful attitude. Nearing the end of the session, there were 6 staffs in total that came in but no customers and all of them were just chatting loudly. So, I appreciate the excellent service of Ting Ting but not Siti. Dont recommend.

Xin xin and Ting did my manicure and pedicure and for a total of 220rm for mani pedi gelish Ting was extremely gentle, really loved it and the really like the colours too. I dont mind coming back here again! Not really crowded, its Tuesday today.

I first visited this outlet in end-January for Gel-pedicure service. Nails were done with Jess. She was patient and provided excellent service and great job done! Jess also gave me advice on my injured big toe that had some blood clots under nail and how to care for it. I wanted to write a 5-stars review for the services received but I was quite busy then and didn’t manage to so do. Yesterday, I came back for my second visit and requested for Jess again to soak-off the nail polish and to do classic pedicure. Once again, she did an excellent job for me! To be honest, I was not a particular fan in terms of soak-off, had lots of painful experiences with the drills etc elsewhere before, but Jess was very careful, gentle and keep checking if there was any discomfort that I felt, which I really appreciated. Then, I also still had my big toe issue, as my injured big toe had quite a bit of blood clot under the nail, Jess gently, patiently cleaned and removed the clots for me and her colleague (whom I forgot to ask for name) also helped to cut off quite a big portion of the nail area to prevent further infection. They also gave me further care instructions for my big toe. Once again, both of them were so amazing and kept checking from time to time if I had any discomfort. Their patience and genuine kindness was very comforting. Thank you once again for the excellent services and the tender loving care received! Will definitely come again for my nails.
